My cyrillic and latinic keyboard layouts. To build, you need kalamine. lat_x supports building into any possible keyboard formats, but cyr_x does not support building into .klc for Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator for some reason. build.sh and install.sh are to build and install a linux xkb symbols (you still need to edit some jsons to have options to select these layouts in your DE - i don't use DEs, the layouts work for me without editing the jsons)
